At 17, I was lost—struggling with my weight, unable to build muscle, and lacking the discipline or drive to achieve much of anything. I knew I wanted to change, but I had no clue where to start. I’d go to the gym without a plan, try every “quick fix” out there, and constantly feel frustrated when I didn’t see results.
It wasn’t just about my body; it was my mindset, my confidence, and my entire approach to life. Fitness wasn’t just a hobby I picked up—it became the foundation for everything I’ve built today.
Through years of trial and error, I finally cracked the code. I learned that real progress isn’t about following fads or chasing shortcuts—it’s about consistency, education, and having the right support. That’s exactly why I became a coach—to be the mentor I wish I had when I started.

Fast forward to 21, I had swung to the other extreme. I had put on a solid amount of muscle through consistency but a very high amount of excess body fat weight. I had discovered the gym lifestyle and developed a real hunger for training/building strength, but I had become very self-conscious about my size and the excess weight I had accumulated.
I loved lifting, I loved the process, but I felt like I wasn’t truly in control. I was strong, but not where I wanted to be physically or mentally. This phase of my journey taught me that building muscle and being fit isn’t just about eating more or training hard—it’s about balance, structure, and understanding what your body truly needs.
It was during this time that I started digging deeper into nutrition, training science, and the psychology of discipline. The more I learned, the more I sculpted my approach—and the more I saw real, lasting progress.
Now, at 25, I’ve been a personal trainer and coach coming up for two years. In that time, I’ve completely transformed not just my physique, but my mindset, my goals, and my approach to training. I’ve designed and refined my own coaching business and personal lean bulk programme, helping myself and others achieve real, lasting results.
But fitness isn’t everything. I’m not just a coach—I’m someone who believes in balance. I love pushing my limits in training, but I also live a super outgoing, social life.
Whether it’s spending memorable moments with my family, traveling, or just making the most of every moment, I know that real success isn’t just about discipline in the gym—it’s about building a life you truly enjoy.
