These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website, services, and products provided by Bradley Vannet. By subscribing, purchasing, or using any of the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the wesite and services provided by Bradley Vannet. The term “Client” refers to any individual who purchases or subscribes to any service or product.
A minimum age of 18 is required to use the services. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
A minimum commitment of three (3) months from the starting date is required to ensure the best possible results. During this initial period:
· The subscription cannot be cancelled or refunded.
· After the initial three months, the service will continue a monthly rolling basis, cancellable at any time before the next payment date.
· Payment must be made monthly in advance via Direct Debit through Stripe.
· The first program will be delivered within 3-5 days of submitting the PAR-Q and first payment.
· Monthly payments will be deducted automatically from the original payment date.
· Failure to make a payment will result in immediate suspension of services until payment is received.
· The Client must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before starting any program.
· The Client confirms that they are in good physical condition and capable of exercising without risk to health.
· Bradley Vannet is not liable for any injury or health complications resulting from participation in the training program.
· It is strongly advised to consult a medical professional before beginning any diet or exercise program.
· Regular check-ins are required to ensure consistent progress and feedback.
· Clients must submit:
o Body weight
o Progress photos
· Failure to provide check-ins may result in delayed feedback and coaching.
· The Client agrees to be honest with all submitted data to ensure accurate and effective coaching.
· There is no guarantee of results; success depends on the Client’s commitment and adherence to the program.
· Testimonials featured on the website are from real clients but do not guarantee identical outcomes for all users.
· Bradley Vannet excludes all liability for injury, illness, or damage caused by the Client performing exercises incorrectly or failing to follow guidance.
· The Client fully releases Bradley Vannet from any liability, claims, or legal action related to injury, disability, or damages arising from participation in the training program.
· Bradley Vannet does not provide medical advice and should not be considered a substitute for professional healthcare guidance.
· The initial three-month package is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
· After the initial period, the Client may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
· Subscriptions cannot be paused or put on hold.
· The content on the website, including text, images, videos, and training materials, is owned by Bradley Vannet and protected by copyright laws.
· Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any content without explicit permission.
· Bradley Vannet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
· Clients will be notified of changes via email or website updates.
· Continued use of the services after amendments implies acceptance of the revised terms.
· These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
· Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
By purchasing or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
